1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an admission inquiry, or utilizing our parent/student portal, you agree to comply with the rules, regulations, and institutional policies of My School Lucknow.

2. Admissions & Verification

Admission is granted subject to seat availability, verification of original documents (Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Marksheet), and adherence to school age criteria. Submission of forged or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification of admission.

3. Fee Payment & Refund Policy

Tuition, transport, and term fees must be remitted on or before the designated quarterly due dates. Late fees apply according to school bylaws. Admission registration fees and caution money are subject to standard non-refundable and refundable terms as specified in the school prospectus.

4. Code of Conduct & Discipline

Students and visiting parents are expected to maintain courteous decorum, observe designated school timings, follow safety protocols, and adhere to prescribed school uniform guidelines at all times.

5. Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes relating to admission, tuition fees, or school operations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts situated within the district of Lucknow.
